-how long does it take to receive my order?

in stock bags are shipped within 5 business days. out-of-stock bags take a little longer and ship in 2-3 weeks. bridal bags vary depending on the size of the order, but most ship within 2-3 weeks. rush delivery is available for an extra charge.

-does myna charge sales tax?

internet businesses are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within the same state as the company's headquarters. therefore, myna only charges sales tax on orders shipped to new jersey (7%) and new york (8.375%)

-what is Paypal?

PayPal allows any business or consumer with an email address to securely and conveniently send and receive payments online. this is the service myna uses to process online orders. PayPal allows you to pay for your myna purchases with any major credit card or through your checking account. there is no cost to our customers at any time to send payment via PayPal.

-can I pay by check?

if you would like to pay for your purchases with a personal check, please contact us first via the "contact us" page. when your check has cleared, your order will be shipped. there will be a charge for any returned checks.

all myna bags are handmade in the USA.

-how do I clean my myna bag?

most of our bags can be dry cleaned or gently spot cleaned. if you have specific questions regarding the care of your myna bag, please e-mail us at the "contact us" page and we will be happy to answer your questions.

-can I order from myna if I live outside of the United States?

-what is the return policy?

we want you to be totally satisfied with your myna purchase. all merchandise is returnable and refundable as long as it is unused and undamaged. we are sorry but custom bags, bridal bags, and wholesale orders are not returnable. if you decide to return your myna bag, you must obtain a Return Authorization number via email within 5 days of receipt of your order. once you receive this number you have an additional 5 days to return the bag. unless we sent you a damaged bag or an incorrect order, shipping charges are non-refundable. please also note that if you received free shipping, you will be refunded the total purchase amount minus the actual original shipping costs.

myna will never willfully sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transmit any of your personal information to a third party without first receiving your permission. the information we gather is used solely to help us process your order.
